She goes out of her way to have everything you can think of on hand or will order it for you. Dotty and her staff are extremely knowledge about animals, feed, health and much more. I have periodically used other feed stores that are closer for convenience, but always ended up regretting it and coming back to Western Ranchman. All the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, they carry quality products and have consistently good hay. They are one of the last remaing[sp] “real” feed stores that I have come across – they are honest and stand behind all of their feed and products.
